The NOID End User License Agreement explains the rules for using the Website and the App. This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled.

Personal Data We Collect

We aim to collect only the personal data needed to provide, secure, support, and improve NOID.

The categories of personal data we may process depend on how you interact with the Website, the App, and related workflows:

  • Support data: messages, email correspondence, support chat content, attachments, screenshots, and diagnostic information you choose to send to us.
  • Communication data: service notices, support replies, privacy requests, and marketing preferences where applicable.

Browser identities, profile contents, browsing activity, traffic content, cookies, local files, account settings, presets, notes, tags, proxy lists, and similar App data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your browsing history, traffic content, browser identity contents, local profile data, or user activity logs from your use of browser identities, except where you choose to provide such information to us, for example in a support request.

If you pay by card, your card number, CVV, and full payment card details are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by NOID.

We do not use locally stored browser identities, profile contents, browsing history, traffic content, local cookies, local files, presets, notes, tags, or proxy lists for analytics, marketing, profiling, or user activity tracking.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website to operate basic website features, remember language preferences, provide support chat, understand how visitors use the Website, and measure marketing performance.

Essential cookies are used for basic website operation, such as page routing, security, session integrity, abuse prevention, and other functionality needed for the Website to work properly.

Functional cookies are used to remember choices such as language, interface preferences, and support chat state. The Website includes a support chat that allows you to contact us directly when functional cookies are enabled. If you open or use the support chat, our chat provider may process technical data, contact details, your messages, and related support information to deliver the chat and help us respond.

Support chat cookies and similar technologies are functional cookies. They are not required for the basic operation of the Website, but they help provide the support chat and remember its state. Where required by law, we load support chat technologies only after you consent to functional cookies.

We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand website traffic, page views, referral sources, and general visitor interactions with the Website. Where required by law, analytics cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent.

We may use advertising or marketing cookies to measure campaigns, attribute conversions, support remarketing, or provide personalized advertising. Where required by law, advertising or marketing cookies are used only with your consent.

You can manage cookie and analytics preferences through the cookie banner or cookie settings on the Website. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

We do not use website cookies or analytics tools to collect browser identities, local App profiles, browsing history inside the App, traffic content, local cookies, local files, presets, notes, tags, or proxy lists stored in the App.

How We Share Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. NOID is designed to minimize both the personal data we collect and the personal data we share with service providers.

We may share personal data only where necessary to provide, support, protect, or administer NOID, including with the following categories of recipients:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that help us host and operate the Website, accounts, licensing, and related services.
  • Payment providers that process payments, transaction confirmations, refunds, fraud checks, invoices, and receipts.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, where you have given the relevant consent or where their use is permitted by applicable law.
  • Support chat and communication providers that help us receive and respond to user inquiries.
  • Email and notification providers that help us send service, account, billing, administrative, and marketing messages.
  • Professional advisers, such as legal, tax, accounting, compliance, and security advisers.
  • Authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or business.

We require service providers to process personal data only for the purposes we specify and to protect personal data with appropriate safeguards.

We do not access, collect, control, or share locally stored browser identities, profile contents, browsing history, traffic content, local cookies, local files, presets, notes, tags, proxy lists, or similar App data. This data remains stored locally on your device and under your control.

These safeguards may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, data processing agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We only transfer the personal data needed for the relevant purpose. Locally stored App data, such as browser identities, profile contents, browsing history, traffic content, local cookies, local files, presets, notes, tags, and proxy lists, is not transferred by NOID because it is not collected by NOID.
